Jonathan Adler and the Muse...

Vie Chaotique started carrying a few select Jonathan Adler items including his DORA MAAR BOWL. I was pleased with the really nice Purple flowers as an accent! Just goes to show that great minds think alike.

Purple Bunny rules the SEO game!

Well, well, well...

Purple Bunny here. I just did a Google search for "Vie Chaotique" and guess what came up as the top listing..? The "Purple Bunny's Life @ Vie Chaotique" Blog! Ha! How about them apples. Goes to show that a little bunny can stand up against the big guys. Mark and Anita have been doing everything they can (and by the book) to improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for the Vie Chaotique site and look who edged them out! Well, I am tickled Pink.

Here is the screen-shot to prove it! Of course this will be an on-going battle for supremacy in the search listings and I will stay up here for as long as I can. Once Mark and Anita find out, they will be trying every trick they can think of to get back on top.

Updating the webpage!

Here I am updating the Vie Chaotique webpage. Mark claims that he does this task but as you can see, 'Ole Purply Poo' is the one holding down the fort, burning the midnight oil, doing the doing! I have some changes in progress. Check back soon.

Purple is the New Black.

No, of course it isn’t!

Nothing is the “New Black” - Purple is Purple – special in its own way. Purple is regal and tends to vibrate due to the mix of the colors: red and blue. The Red light waves and the Blue light waves clash and vibrate. Purple enhances your dreams and openness to new perceptions. In color theory {Although color theory principles first appear in the writings of Alberti (c.1435) and the notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci (c.1490), a tradition of "colory theory" begins in the 18th century, initially within a partisan controversy around Isaac Newton's theory of color (Opticks, 1704) and the nature of so-called primary colors.} a Purple is defined as any non-spectral color between violet and red. Purple is a mixture of red and blue light, whereas violet is a spectral color. Since using computers, it is possible to create a much brighter purple than with pigment, the equivalent color on a computer to the pigment color red-violet shown above would be electric purple.

I hope you have enjoyed this little essay on Purple (my favorite color).

About Me!

I have been with Mark and Anita for a long time. I lived in Coral Gables, Miami, Miami Beach, Copenhagen Denmark, NJ and Charlotte! Do you really think that has been easy! Oh, we have had some great times (like the infamous Halloween party at The Museum of Contemporary Art in Miami - where I really got drunk cause Mark dressed up as Hugh Hefner and I was in charge of scouting - and everyone thought I was soooo cute and kept giving me drinks) but, I tell you, life has been tough on a little bunny.

We will get more into this as the blog progresses. i have to get back to Shipping and Receiving (which Mark will tell you that he takes care of most of that- Ha!) My schedule is pretty tight - they expect a lot out of me...
